1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Vow Vault, a digital wedding memory service provided by Vladana Celebic, a sole trader in Sweden, trading as Vow Vault.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Service description

Vow Vault allows couples to create a private wedding page where guests can leave messages, photos, videos and voice notes. The couple can moderate, view and download these memories.

4. Account and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to create an account and purchase services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for:

• unlawful purposes or fraud;
• spam or unsolicited communications;
• intellectual property infringement;
• security interference, malware or probing;
• scraping or automated data collection;
• any activity that harms others or our systems.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com , our online reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle handles customer service inquiries, billing, tax, invoicing and returns.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Subscriptions and archive storage

The core wedding package is a one-time purchase. Optional yearly archive storage renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time through Paddle; already paid periods remain active until they expire.

9. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed by Paddle. See our Refund Policy for details.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or violation of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email or within the service.
