What is covered

The 30-day guarantee applies to all one-time wedding packages and the first yearly archive storage charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What is not covered

Refund requests made after 30 days from the order date fall outside this guarantee and are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of fraud or abuse.

Processing time

Paddle typically processes refunds within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
